Return & Refund Policy
Perfection Unit of MGJ Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the products available on our website, security and customer support. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return.
 
NOTE: For international orders, we do not currently accept any product returns or exchanges, except for defective products. You will return an unused defective product in the same condition as you received, in the original packaging, together with an invoice for a refund. You must report the error the same day of receiving the product by calling us at +91-9831094074/+91-8240817314 . For more information on refunding defective products, see the Refunds section below.

The rules for returning goods are valid only for domestic orders:
In the unlikely event that the order is delivered damaged or otherwise, you may return the unused product in the condition in which you received it, in the original packaging, with an invoice and receive a refund. Our courier partner will pick up the order from the address you provided and send it back to us.

Return Fee:
Domestic orders: Our courier partner will pick up the order from the provided address (in India). Customers do not have to pay any shipping costs to return products.
How do I start a refund process?
1. Customers should contact our Customer Support at +91-9831094074/+91-8240817314 
or email at perfection2194@gmail.com on receiving the product.
2. Customers should not return products until they receive a confirmation email from us in the same wording.
3. All products must be returned in their original, unaltered and unused condition.
4. Attach the invoice / warranty card for the return process to the package. Without the above, the refund will not be processed.
5. The customer must return the jewelry product in its original packaging. If you do not comply with the above, our shipping agent will not accept a return of the goods.
6. In the case of a jewelry product, our customer care department will call the customer to confirm the serial number that comes with the jewelry box. The jewelry return process cannot be initiated without confirming the key serial number.

NOTE: We will not process any requests after 2 days of receiving the product and if the product is found used or not in the sent condition.

Refund:
Upon receipt of the product, we will process the refund. The product must be in unused condition with the original packaging with the original card and invoice, otherwise the product cannot be returned.

Once the refund process has begun, the funds will be refunded directly to your account in the same way as the transaction or check (the amount will be refunded by check, only if the customer used a debit / credit card while the order was not used).

In the case of online payments by customers, the money will be refunded within 7-15 working days of receipt of the returned product (s) in our warehouse.

Home order:
In case of domestic order (if the product is shipped to India) 100% payment will be refunded.
In the case of online payments by customers, the money will be refunded within 7-15 working days of receiving the returned product (s) in our warehouse.

In the case of cash on delivery (cash on delivery, i.e. J. When the customer pays in cash after receiving the product), the amount can be returned by check or online transfer in the form of NEFT (bank transfer) (national electronics). The method of refund depends on the customer's choice:
1. If the customer provides a canceled check for the returned product, the refund can be made within 15 working days and the amount will be returned directly to the customer's account by transferring an online account such as NEFT.
2. If the customer does not provide any canceled check, the amount returned by check will be sent by courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration / order. This can take up to 30 business days.
